Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. Prices Its Initial Public Offering

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. (“Boot Barn” or the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The shares will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the ticker symbol “BOOT” beginning on October 30, 2014. All of the shares in the offering are being offered by Boot Barn. In addition, Boot Barn has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares from the Company. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on November 4, 2014, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
